The &us brand needed to evolve from start-up to serious player. Our culture is strong and our brand is very much felt by everyone in the organisation, so articulating it, and visually expressing it, with multiple stakeholders to include, presented a challenge. JoinedUp Thinking helped us explore the brand and land on the concept of balance. They were happy to work with us as we iterated through the process and were collaborative and patient throughout, open to feedback and ideas.
